Catering to various dietary needs, Honey Bees Ice Cream Parlour offers lactose-free, vegan, gluten-free, sugar-free, and regular ice cream choices. Try a unique Japanese ice cream flavor such as green tea, red bean, black sesame, and ginger, or a Japanese mochi ice cream, which has a gummy coating with delicious ice cream inside. The juice bar offers smoothies (like the Energizer and Go Green), Italian sodas, and bubble tea with bobas.

About the Owners
Sonia Park and Troy Lawrence met on the streets of Montreal, known for its rich cultural and culinary diversity. Twenty-two years later, they are happily married with two children and run Honey Bees, “An Inclusive Cultural Beehive,” in Dayton, Nova Scotia, just 4 km from downtown Yarmouth.

Troy, born in Halifax and raised in Yarmouth, is bilingual and holds a Business degree from Acadia University, fueling his entrepreneurial spirit. Sonia, born in South Korea, lived in South America, and later immigrated to Montreal. Her global experiences, and her parents being business owners, have honed her interpersonal skills and enabled her to speak five languages.

Their diverse backgrounds have created a magical partnership. Their passion for life and inviting personalities shine through at Honey Bees.
