The space
This historic unit, construction estimated in the early 1900’s , boasts a blend of original architectural features and contemporary comforts. As you step inside, you’ll be greeted by high ceilings, intricate moldings, that transport you back in time. The fully-equipped kitchen offers a charming space to whip up your favourite meals.
Upon entering the home you will find a grand staircase and a room to place your coats and shoes (help keep our apt clean). To the right you will find a door connecting to the full tenant next door. This remains locked at all times, but she can use the door as an emergency escape route. Please be considerate of her privacy and be considerate of noise levels. Please go up the stairs and you will find the door to enter in your apartment.
Bedrooms:
- Bedroom 1: Master bedroom with queen bed. We only use luxury linens and have lots of pillows available. We even have extra blankets for those cold nights!
- Bedroom 2: Queen bed and matching bedroom set & large closet space.
- Bedroom 3: We utilize this space as an office! it’s a perfect space to plug away if you need to catch up on some work.
The single bathroom features a tub and shower combination and also has its own washer and dryer for convenience.
Please note that this home is older, and has a lot of character that makes this unique. Please embrace the beauty of imperfections as you wander through the well-loved spaces of our older home. The patina on the fixtures, the creak of the stairs, and the occasional uneven floorboard all add to the unique atmosphere that only time can provide.

Please note that, due to the age of the home, there might be minor quirks or maintenance considerations. Our dedicated team ensures that everything is in working order, but do let us know if you encounter any issues during your stay.

The entire apartment will be yours. Your entry way is located on the Alma/Willow street corner. You will have a parking spot next to the garage. The backyard is shared access so please feel free to enjoy this space.
