Guests will have complete access to everything on the property. We ask that you do not use the indoor fireplace as it is out of commission and may pose a risk to the safety of the building and its guests.
If you have a pet with you, we please ask that you pick up after it, as this could really ruin an experience for the next guest.
No laundry on site for guests, but the management team can accommodate a valet laundry service for those who have booked extended stays. Please contact your host for pricing.
There is a storage area on site that will be locked, as this is used for supplies for our cleaning team.
If you run out of propane, please contact management, as we always carry a few extra on site.

Smoking is prohibited in the house. If you must smoke, please do so outside and dispose of the butts properly. Please do not leave them on the ground.
Recycling goes into the blue plastic bags. All plastic and glass into one bag and paper and cardboard into a separate blue bag. Plain garbage goes into the clear plastic bags.

Water
We want to ensure that all guests who stay with us do not have issues getting access to water. We’re on a rural well water system where the water levels can fluctuate, and we are worried if the water levels get too low, then some guests may be severely affected. Therefore we limit the usage for baths and washer use. We respectfully ask that folks abide by these rules to ensure we have adequate resources for everyone to enjoy this beautiful spot.
The water is drinkable, and comes from a well that gets serviced regularly.
Septic System
If you’re not familiar with a septic system it’s unlikely you’ll need to learn much when staying here. However, please be careful of what you flush into the system- human waste and toilet paper are fine, but refrain from trying to flush other larger objects like sanitary napkins, paper towels, etc.
Please do not put any grease or oil down the drains.
Please take care of the furnishings. You will be held liable to pay for damages that exceed the security deposit if you cause damage to our belongings.
No illegal substances allowed on the premises.
Please don’t eat or drink in the bedrooms.
